Description & Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience as a store manager at large-format retail chains
Experience in retail sales and operations, inventory management, on-the-floor execution, customer relationship management, and team management and motivation
Has reasonable Excel, data crunching, and written and verbal communication skills
Has good product knowledge at department and merchandise category levels
Has to work on the floor 90% of the time and only 10 % behind the computer
Has the ability to drive the same culture on the floor, working with the team
